Is this boat-port (instead of carport) which he pulls his boat into from the front and pulls it out from the other end, without the need ever back up. He also has a garage for a special car adjacent to it, which he drives in from the front. On the rear is another single car garage, which he uses as a shop where he keeps tools, lawn mower and other small equipment.
