2 Story Redwood Addition
On the first floor a spacious family room was created. In between the two floors is an elevator shaft, complete with the necessary electrical and locked doors leading to the area. Should the need arise for one in the future, the only thing required will be installation of the elevator unit itself.
When we were looking at the top floor master bedroom, the client said
“I wish I could make the bedroom bigger, but I guess that’s not possible.”
So we added that to the list, while we added a special room off the bedroom on the second floor, with lots of windows above the first floor family room addition.
A major remodeling project for any home.
